JUST IN: FC Nordsjaeland rejects PSG’s bid for Ernest Nuamah

The 19-year-old Ghanaian has been on the transfer radar of top European clubs following an impressive 2022/23 season. He won Danish Player of the Season, the Best young player and Player of Springs in the just-ended Danish Super lig.

Reports from the top French magazine, L’Equipe, revealed PSG’s keen interest in acquiring Nuamah’s services. Unfortunately, FC Norjaelland has rejected the initial bid.

Although the financial details of the offer were not disclosed, transfermarkt.com values the young star at an impressive 6 million euros. Moreover, Nordsjaelland recently secured Nuamah’s future by extending his contract until June 2026 and expected a higher amount than the initial bid from PSG.

Nuamah’s incredible performances last season saw him score an impressive 15 goals and contribute 4 assists across all competitions.

As a result, he was handed a debut senior national team call-up by Coach Chris Hughton in an AFCON qualifier against Madagascar where he came in from the bench to replace Kamaldeen Sulemana.
