Abubakar Ahmed popularly known as Blakk Rasta who is a reggae musician and radio personality has revealed that his current employers haven’t paid for the past 12 months after rendering his services at the embattled Zylofon Radio.
He made this known during an interview with Accra-based Joy FM where he stated that he has not received a single salary from Zylofon for the past year.
The “Taxi Driver Show” host stated categorically that his salary begun to decrease prior to the economic crisis that hit MenzGold.
According to Blakk Rasta, the CEO of MenzGold Company, Nana Appiah Mensah offered him a job at Zylofone FM with the promise of a good salary of GHC 10,000 after he (Blakk Rasta) decided to get back on the radio.
The Reggae artist and radio presenter touched on the fact his salary only came during the 1st to 3rd month of work, he never received a penny after that because of the MenzGold Saga.
