Robert Lewandowski has won the FIFA Men’s Player award for the 2020 calendar year.
The Polish international and Bayern Munich talisman beats Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to win the biggest individual honor in world football. FIFA president Gianni Infantino himself took the Best FIFA Men’s Player trophy and presented it to the Bayern Munich marksman.

Lewandowski becomes the first player since Luka Modric in 2018 to beat Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to win the Best FIFA Men’s Player.
He has won the German Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, UEFA Champions League, and the UEFA super cup this season.
Robert Lewandowski had a personal-best season in the Bundesliga in 2019/20, scoring 34 goals in just 31 appearances to help Bayern Munich win the title once again. He also netted 15 goals in the UEFA Champions League and 6 goals in the DFP Pokal taking his goal tally to 55 goals in 47 appearances and also providing 10 assists.
