List of Public Holidays in Ghana for the year 2021

Ghanaians will observe over 12 public holidays in the year 2021 as stipulated in the Holiday Amendment Act of 2019.
These holidays have been divided into two groups: Statutory Public Holidays and Commemorative Days.
Statutory Public Holidays in Ghana are the holidays that are observed the days given to Ghanaians to stay off work or school.
On the other hand, Commemorative Holidays in Ghana are the days that are marked and observed for the essence of it but workers and students must not stay at home.

- January 7 – Constitution Day – Thursday
- March 6 – Independence Day – Saturday
- April 2 – Good Friday – Friday
- April 5 – Easter Monday – Monday
- May 1 – Workers’ Day – Saturday
- Eid-Ul-Fitr (Date to be decided)
- Eid-Ul-Adha (Date to be decided)
- August 4 – Founders’ Day – Wednesday
- September 21 – Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Day – Tuesday
- 3rd December – Farmer’s Day – Friday

- May 25 – African Union Day – Tuesday
