Dome NDC Ex Parliamentary Candidate Aspirant Appeals to Constituency Executives to unite for 2024 Election
One of the Dome Kwabenya NDC Ex Parliamentary Candidate Aspirant, Comrade Nii Ayidzaku Tackie is appealing to all factions within the constituency to close their ranks and begin to look at the interest of the party and not their individual interest because they need to go into the election 2024 with a unified front.
Allegations, counter allegations and name calling has been part of our political dispensation and Dome Kwabenya Constituency is no exception.
According to him, this period should be a period of reviewing of their best electoral performance so far, begin to regroup, strategise and mobilise the base of the party for the forthcoming branch reorganization and preparing the constituency for 2024 elections.
Speaking at a press conference, Comrade Nii Tackie said the members are demanding for Probe into how party funds were misapplied and procedures not properly followed by both the Chairman, Isaac Lamptey and the Secretary, Thomas Dodzi Tsoekeku to bring sanity in the constituency.
He revealed that the results of the 2020 parliamentary and Presidential elections depicts an unprecedented feat in the history of the NDC in the Dome Kwabenya constituency so there is the need to unify and throw support behind Elekplim Akurugu.
He further accused the constituency Chairman, Mr. Isaac Lamptey for being the cause of all the ongoing chaos among the party members and executives in the constituency.
As he called on the regional executive committee and disciplinary committee to investigate the issues and help solve it.
